The Big Read Returns!
It's the eighth year for this community reading event. The Paris Wife by Paula McLain is this year's choice. It's a great story about Hadley Richardson's marriage to Ernest Hemingway and their life in Paris in the 20s. There are 30 programs, scheduled at ten different libraries, and the author is appearing on May 3. Go to thebigread.org for all the details. You can get a program guide in the library or view the events online.
Did you get a new e-reader?
You can get The Paris Wife for your e-reader! You can now download over 5,000 eBooks and audio books from the library's website. We have handouts and tutorials to get you started.
