Computer and Magazine Associate (Part-time)

Assist patrons with using our public Internet computers and laptops. Handle basic troubleshooting of our computers, laptops and software. Assist users in finding magazines. Check-in, process and shelve newspapers. Perform other duties associated with computers and periodicals.

Main Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of experience working with the public; demonstrated computer skills in navigating the Internet, e-mail and e-mail tools, Microsoft Word and knowledge of other Office Suite products.

General information

This part-time position averages 12-16 hours per week, including weekend rotation. $12.92 per hour. You will work daytime, evening and weekend hours, so you’ll need flexible availability. Accuracy and attention to detail required. This position requires direct contact with the public most of the time.
