Available Equipment & Usage Requirements

Laptops/Netbooks - Requirements: Teens grades 7–12 with valid Indian Prairie Library Card
Windows Computer - Requirements: Up to 12th grade with valid Indian Prairie Library Card
iMac Computer - Requirements: 4th-8th Grade with valid Indian Prairie Library Card or student in our school district.
Research/Catalog Computers with scanner (Internet is not available) - Requirements: None
iPads- With early literacy apps for parents and their children to use together- Requirements: Valid Indian Prairie Library Card
Younger children computers- Requirements: None ; Located in Family Center
Kids under the age of 14 to be allowed to access the Internet, both the child and a parent or legal guardian's signature, in person, is required.
Maximum of 3 hours per day. After 30 minutes of use, time may be extended in 15 minute intervals if no one is waiting.

Black & White - 10¢ per page ; Color 25¢ per page
You must save to a flash drive or save and e-mail your work. All saved files on the computer are deleted at the end of the session.
USB 2GB Flash Drives are available to purchase for $8 at the Youth Services Desk.

The Library provides access to programs, websites & research tools used at your school.
